APPOINTMENTS
Our Lebanon office can be reached at (717) 273-8091 and is open 9:00 am- 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Appointments may be scheduled either directly by the patient or may be arranged as a referral through your primary care physician.

Our office functions by appointments only. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment if you are an established patient, or 15 minutes prior to your appointment if you are a new patient.  Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. This enables us to accommodate emergency patients. If you will be unavoidably late for your appointment, please call us as soon as possible.

PHONE CALLS & EMERGENCIES
For routine calls and prescription inquiries, please call during regular office hours. Please explain your message in detail to the receptionist so that the problem can be accurately described to the physician. Dr. Andreozzi or Dr. Kurban will call later in the day. Please limit after-hour phone calls to emergencies only.

Emergency phone calls are accepted at all hours by calling our regular phone number. Our answering service will relay urgent messages to the physician- on-call if you are not calling during regular working hours. The physician will return your call as soon as possible.

PRESCRIPTIONS & REFILLS
Prescriptions and refills for medications are issued only during regular office hours so that the medical information contained in your file can be reviewed.
